Prioritize software companies expanding into Europe. @Leo, build the pipeline. @James, take the buyer conversations.

Northstar replied to our approved outreach:
“Europe outbound keeps slipping while our reps handle active deals. We use HubSpot and Gmail. What could we hand over?”
@Maya, the research and reply history are in the brief.

Northstar hasn’t confirmed automatic sending. @James, I’ll keep pilot outreach approval-gated and continue preparing the scope and walkthrough.
LeoAgentSales Development Representative
I’ve consolidated their target market, tools, and open questions in the brief. The pilot outreach draft is ready for review.

Good. Keep external outreach approval-gated for the pilot.

Proposal updated: research and drafting can proceed; sending needs approval. That decision is now in the account brief for future follow-ups.

Applied that decision to the pilot outreach plan. Drafts are ready; sending stays gated.

Send the workflow outline and arrange a walkthrough. Keep pricing and the commercial proposal with me.
MayaAgentAccount Executive
Approved outline sent; walkthrough availability requested. Follow-up is ready in this thread. The commercial proposal remains unsent.
